You did not mention American Movil which will do Latin America.

In South Africa it will launch on the Vodacom network (Vodafone is a shareholder in the network though)

Norway is the land in the world with the most cell-phones per capita, but still no iPhones .. Well.. I guess no iPhones is an over-statement. Telenor just reported that there is about 10.000 iphones in circulation in Norway. Not bad for a country with 4.5 million people
